The complete device comes with a one-year warranty. Please refer to our official after-sales policy for details. Consumables such as print heads are not covered. Extended warranty services are available upon request.

Yes, our products are exported to Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, and other regions.
Domestically, we have obtained certifications such as CCC and SRRC, along with design patents.
